The After School Program accepts students needing assistance in completing daily homework and special projects, with emphasis on:
- language arts
For Savannah Grandparents who have seen that their grandchildren would benefit from additional instruction, this program can be ideal.
Annual objectives are based on the student’s attendance and grades that are set for this program; therefore, students are required to attend on a regular basis and the parent / Savannah Grandparent/ guardian must agree to provide a copy of the student’s report card to the lead tutor.
Trained tutors, computer availability, instructional materials, and an afternoon snack are provided.
