Coastal Georgia Seniors to Enjoy Jekyll Island’s “A Very Motown Christmas”
For active Coastal Empire Seniors, the 2014 holiday entertainment season looks very promising indeed.
Many Coastal Georgia senior citizens will be drawn to Jekyll Island for their “A Very Motown Christmas”.
This is a big show sure to be a hit with both Motown fans and Coastal Empire seniors looking for a fun day trip or weekend trip.
The show is actually made up of actual members of The Temptations, The Miracles, and The Capitals. The bands will play a wonderful blend of your favorite Motown megahits, holiday classics, and you’ll be taken back in time by their signature harmonies and synchronized choreography.
This year the show will feature Motown Superstars The Original Vandellas and their epic hits: “Heat Wave”, “Dancing in the Streets”, “No Where to Run”, and “Jimmmy Mack”. The Vandellas will also feature a number of holiday classics in their unique Motown style.
Talk about going back in time, the event will feature a pre-show buffet dinner at an additional cost of $23.50 which includes gratuity (does not include taxes or fees). This is like one of the great supper clubs that used to run down the East Coast from the Pocanoes to Miami.
