Tybee Island has everything Coastal Empire Seniors need for a magical 4th of July.

Tybee Island annually hosts a BIG celebration of America’s birthday.

Come early on Independence Day and plan to stay late as this is one of Tybee Island’s busiest days of the year.

Savvy Coastal Empire Seniors Tip: The island fills up fast. Bring your party EARLY to a restaurant and keep appetizers flowing all evening to secure a great, comfortable view of the fireworks.

Alternately, you can set up a pop up tent and picnic and save your spot on the beach.

The Tybee Island fireworks show starts around dark thirty  should be around 9:15pm).

The Tybee Island fireworks are staged on the pier, but they may easily viewed by Savannah seniors from any of Tybee’s eastern beaches.
